General Assessments

Lifelines collects questionnaire data, measurements, and biological samples from the entire cohort in rounds or waves called general assessments. The following general assessments have been completed:
- 1A Baseline assessment with questionnaires, measurements, and biosamples (2007-2013)
- 1B Follow-up questionnaire (2011-2014)
- 1C Follow-up questionnaire (2012-2015)
- 2A Second assessment with questionnaires, measurements, and biosamples (2014-2017)
The following general assessments will be completed in the foreseeable future:
- 2B Follow-up questionnaire (2016-2019)
- 3A Third assessment with questionnaires, measurements, and biosamples (2019-2023)
Note that underage participants follow a similar, but modified time line
