Assessment 4A or “Fourth Assessment” is the fourth general assessment of Lifelines.
Assessment 4A will be performed between 2024 and 2028.
Assessment 4A was preceded by general assessments 1A, 2A, and 3A.

For all participants, assessment 4A consists of the following elements:

• 4A Visit 1 (physical measurements)
• 4A Visit 2 (blood and urine samples)

For adult and elderly participants, this assessment also consists of the following questionnaires:

• 4A MINI
• 4A Questionnaires

For children, this assessment also consists of the following elements:

• 4A Child Questionnaires (4-12y)
• 4A Youth Questionnaires (13-17y)

At the moment, the fourth assessment is still ongoing. The table below will show the numbers of the data available for researchers in the catalogue.
