Adult and elderly Lifelines participants participating in the fourth general assessment 4A receive 9 (age 18-64) or 10 (age 65+) short digital questionnaires (± 10 min. each). Questionnaires are sent out in a random order. The first questionnaire is sent 1 week prior to 4A Visit 1. Subsequently, one questionnaire will be sent every 5 days.

The transition towards multiple short questionnaires means a deviation in procedure in comparison to the previous general assessments. However, the questions asked within these short questionnaires are mostly identical to those asked in previous general assessments.
