All Lifelines participants participating in general assessment 4A (“Fourth Assessment”) will visit a location of their choice.
At the location, they will undergo the following measurements:

• Anthropometric measures (8+ years old)
• Anthropometry self-measurement (16+ years old)
• Blood pressure (8+ years old)
• Blood pressure self-measurement (18+ years old)
• 12-lead electrocardiogram (13+ years old)
• Pulmonary function test (8+ years old)
• Mini Mental State Examination (65+ years old)
• Ruff Figural Fluency Test (18+ years old)
• CogState (13+ years old)

4A Visit 1 is accompanied by multiple questionnaires which are filled in within xx days before and xx days after the visit (according to protocol).
4A Visit 1 is followed by 4A Visit 2 within xx days (according to protocol).

4A Visit 1 is procedurally largely equivalent to 1A Visit 1,2A Visit 1 and 3A Visit 1. However, please note that during the Fourth assessment, for adolescent and adult participants some measurements will be replaced by self-measurements.
