Mortality
As of May 2020, ~3000 Lifelines participants have died.\\
Although Lifelines continuously receives updates about the death of participants via the [[https://www.government.nl/topics/personal-data/personal-records-database-brp|BRP, we do not know the cause of their death.
Researchers interested in the causes of death of participants may obtain this information via data linkage with Statistics Netherlands.
