The Omega Survey is a comprehensive questionnaire developed by researchers from the Omega Study in order to ascertain information on women's reproductive histories, reproductive health and diseases, fertility treatments and (contraceptive) hormone use (section: Reproduction & development).
The Omega Survey was implemented in a subcohort of young adult female Lifelines participants in the context of an additional questionnaire: ROAQ.
