Rudolf de Boer has agreed that these data may be used for the purpose of the research questions as stated in the researcher's proposal. In publications on these data a reference should be made to Meems et al. ‘Low levels of vitamin D are associated with mutimorbidity: Results from the Lifelines Cohort Study.’ Annals of Medicine 2015; 47: 474-481.
