FFQ sum scores

FFQ sum scores data are generated by the Department of Human Nutrition, WUR, which will be informed by Lifelines about requests for data from other researchers. Gender index

Gender index derivate data is generated by the University Medical Center Groningen, UMCG. Please refer to the following reference in publications on this data: “Ballering A.V., Bonvanie I.J., olde Hartman T.C., Monden R., Rosmalen J.G.M. Lifelines Diet Score

Lifelines Diet Score (LLDS) derivate data are generated by the University Medical Center Groningen, UMCG, which will be informed by Lifelines about requests for data from other researchers. Sleep indices

Sleep index derivative data are generated by the Erasmus Medical Center, Erasmus MC. Please refer to the following reference in publications on this data: “Kocevska, D., Lysen, T. Vitamin D data

Vitamin D data are generated by the Department of Cardiology (UMCG). Rudolf de Boer has agreed that these data may be used for the purpose of the research questions as stated in the researcher's proposal. In publications on these data a reference should be made to Meems et al. ‘Low levels of vitamin D are associated with mutimorbidity: Results from the Lifelines Cohort Study.’ Annals of Medicine 2015; 47: 474-481.

Genetic data

CytoSNP

Genetic (CytoSNP) data with 1KG and GoNL imputations data are generated by the Genomics Coordination Center, UMCG. Two co-authorships need to be included in the publication in coordination with Dr Morris Swertz, Head of the Genomics Coordination Center, UMCG.

Lifelines DEEP
