====== Familial mental illnesses ======

Not only the health of participants, but also their family history of diseases ([[sections|section]]: [[Family health]]). In addition, a several questions on familial mental illnesses have been included in the [[additional assessments|additional assessment]] [[MHDQ]].\\
Note that in this case, "children" may or may not be Lifelines participants, as opposed to the questions regarding the health of child participants as answered by their parents in [[1A General questionnaire]].\\
In the context of the [[additional assessments|additional assessment]] [[BIONIC|DEAQ]], the [[Depression (LIDAS)|LIDAS]]((Bot et al., Validity of LIDAS (LIfetime Depression Assessment Self-report): a self-report online assessment of lifetime major depressive disorder. Psychol Med. 2017 Jan;47(2):279-289))  was sent to a subgroup of participants to collect information on depression and anxiety, among which depresion and anxiety in family members.
