====== Sleep (general) ====== Adult [[cohort|Lifelines]] participants were asked several questions regarding sleeping patterns, problems, and habits ([[sections|section]]: [[lifestyle & environment]]).\\ Note that sleep (for adult participants) was also assessed within Lifelines using the [[Chronotype (MCTQ)|Munich ChronoType Questionnaire]], the [[Sleep quality (PSQI)|Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index]] and the [[Sleepiness (ESS)|Epworth Sleepiness Scale]], and participants were asked whether they suffered from [[insomnia]]. For children, sleep is assessed with [[sleep_18|general sleep questions]].\\ Also note that certain subcohorts of participants answered more detailed questions on their sleeping behavior in the [[additional assessments|additional questionnaires]] on [[ADHQ|ADHD]] and [[BLUQ|blue light exposure]].
