====== Assessment 4A ======

Assessment 4A or "Fourth Assessment" is the fourth general assessment of [[start|Lifelines]].\\
Assessment 4A will be performed between 2024 and 2028.\\ 
Assessment 4A was preceded by general assessments [[1A]], [[2A]], and [[3A]].\\ 

For all participants, assessment 4A consists of the following elements:
  * [[4A Visit 1]] (physical measurements)
  * [[4A Visit 2]] (blood and urine samples)

For adult and elderly participants, this assessment also consists of the following questionnaires:
  * [[MINI Neuropsychiatric Interview|4A MINI]]
  * [[4A Questionnaires ]] 


For children, this assessment also consists of the following elements:
  * [[4A Child Questionnaires]] (4-12y) 
  * [[4A Youth Questionnaires]] (13-17y)
