====== Life Orientation Test - Revised (LOT-R) ======

The revised Life Orientation Test (LOT-R) is a standard psychological instrument that assesses  a person's dispositional level of optimism, i.e. the degree to which people possess confidence and hope that future events will turn out positively((Klooster, P. The LOT-R was implemented in both adult ([[sections|section]]: [[mental health]]) and adolescent ([[sections|section]]: [[children & adolescents]]) [[start|Lifelines]] participants in the context of an additional questionnaire: [[OPBQ]].\\


The revised Life Orientation Test for adults and adolescents has 10 items, including 4 filler items (02, 05, 06, 08) and 3 items to be reversed coded (03, 07, 09).
