-Dissolve ​19.0 g TSP (0.1 M) and 1.25 g DTT with deionized water in a 500-mL volumetric flask and dilute to volume. The solution is stable for 3-4 weeks at 4°C. Dissolve 17.53 NaCl in deionized water in a 100-mL volumetric flask and dilute to volume (3M).+Dissolve ​Ascorbinezuur ​and EDTA with deionized water in a 500-mL volumetric flask and dilute to volume. The solution is stable for 3-4 weeks at 4°C.    ​1,​3% ​g/v (=1,3g EDTA /100ml MiliQ and 1,3g Asc. Acid/100ml MiliQ)
