Assessment 2A or “Second Assessment” is the second general assessment of Lifelines.
Assessment 2A was performed between 2014 and 2017.
Assessment 2A was preceded by general assessment 1A, and will be followed by general assessment 3A.

For all participants, assessment 2A consisted of the following elements:

• 2A Visit 1
• 2A Visit 2

For adult and elderly participants, this assessment also consisted of the following elements:

• 2A Questionnaire 1
• 2A Questionnaire 2

For children, this assessment also consisted of the following elements:

• 2A Child Questionnaire (4-12y)
• 2A Youth Questionnaire (13-17y)
